principles, with an understanding of my obligations as described in this document. - I assure that these Principles of Ethical and Business Conduct for Company Employees cover
our policies and the behaviors expected of us in relation to, among other things, the following:
ethical decision-making, diversity, freedom from discrimination, harassment and disrespectful

a hard copy, I am aware that I can request a copy from HR. - I understand and support Vira’s anti-corruption policy. I understand that Vira does not in any
way tolerate corruption in our business practices.
I understand that Vira does not pay bribes, either directly or through others, nor facilitate
bribes, nor does it provide anything of value to our supply chain or to customer
representatives, including government officials, to secure new business opportunities, or
retain existing business opportunities.
- I have read and understand Vira’s policies dealing with corruption, gifts, and entertainment,
and agree to abide by them. I understand Vira’s rules regarding handling the supply chain and
agree to abide by them.
10 . I am obligated to report violations and agree to report any actual or suspected violations
of the principles of ethical and commercial conduct of company employees and / or Vira
policies and / or laws and / or regulations of any jurisdiction in which I work.
11.I understand that the Helpline (Vira internal hotline) is a safe and confidential way to report
these violations. - I know how to contact the Instruction Line, (either by phone or on the Internet).
- I also understand that employees who report violations, in good faith, will be protected
against retaliation. I understand that Vira will only use the GuideLine in accordance with laws
that apply to me and the Company. - I understand and accept the consequences of violating these principles. I understand that
violating the ethical policies and standards described in the Principles of Ethical and
Commercial Conduct for Company Employees will subject me to disciplinary action up to and
including termination. - I fully understand and agree that these principles of ethical and commercial behavior for
company employees do not grant any rights or privileges to employment, nor do they aim to
do so, not to mention that they do not represent the company’s guarantee or change of
employment status.
